Residential Construction

Percipient Construction started in July 2013 in response to the ever-growing need for high quality residential homes. Since then, at the Kelderhof Country Village Estate, it has built 48 homes as well as the signature feature Lifestyle Centre, with a further 6 homes in the construction pipeline. The majority of these homes have been completed on a ‘turnkey’ basis and more recently a number have been constructed under a “plot and plan” structure including landscaping and quality finishes.

Building activity is also taking place at the newly developed and sought-after Chapman’s Bay Estate in Noordhoek where Percipient Property Solutions is the Project & Development Manager. To date 8 exclusive homes have been completed and a further 14 are under construction by the Percipient Construction team on a “plot and plan” basis, built to individual specifications within the architectural design guidelines of the Estate.
